Payments

Payments can be made to Wannadoo Tours by cheque, money order, cash, direct deposit or credit card by phoning the office.
Payments by direct deposit can be made in person at any National Australia Bank branch. Please use your FULL NAME AND TOUR NUMBER as the reference. When paying by direct deposit at a bank branch, you may deposit cash or cheque. Upon payment of direct deposit, you will be issued with a bank receipt. Upon Wannadoo Tours receiving payment, you will also be sent a receipt by mail or email. Please note that National Australia Bank is not an agent of Wannadoo Tours. They do not have information regarding tour details.

Deposits

You are welcome to book day tours up to one year in advance. Full payment of day tours is due no later than 14 days prior to tour departure date except where stated otherwise. Please note it is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure this payment is made by the due date. Any reserved seats not paid for fourteen days prior can and will be released to passengers on the waiting list for that tour. It is the passenger’s responsibility to notify Wannadoo Tours if you do not wish to proceed with a tour. Upon enquiry about extended tour, payment details will be forwarded to passengers with information pack.

Travel insurance

Wannadoo Tours does not provide personal travel insurance. It is the traveller’s responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance for their trip. Although it is optional, Wannadoo Tours strongly recommends that all travellers take out travel insurance in case of unexpected events.

Cancellation Policy 

Due to the intensive organization in touring a strict cancellation fee will be applicable UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. There will be no refunds given to passengers who cancel within seven days of a day tour departure date. All payments for shows are non refundable.  Cancellation policy for extended tours will be outlined in  information pack  upon enquiry.

Itinerary

Wannadoo Tours reserves the right to make changes to itineraries as deemed necessary without prior notice. Wannadoo Tours will make every effort to deliver the tour as detailed however alteration may occur due to factors outside the control of Wannadoo Tours. Due to the possibility of unforeseen events, the exact arrival and departure times cannot be guaranteed.

Flora/fauna

Wannadoo Tours cannot guarantee sightings of wildflowers, animals or other natural phenomenon listed as part of tour itinerary. All effort is made to ensure the best conditions possible for sightings, however these are natural occurrences and outside of Wannadoo Tours’ control. No refunds will be given if natural occurrences/sightings are lacking.

Minimum numbers

A minimum number of passengers are required to operate a tour. Wannadoo Tours reserves the right to cancel these tours if minimum numbers are not met. In this case, an alternative tour will be offered or if not suitable, all payments received for the tour will be refunded in full.

Dietary considerations/allergies

Passengers should advise Wannadoo Tours of any dietary considerations that may need to be addressed 7 DAYS PRIOR TO TOUR DEPARTURE DATE. Failure to advise will be at passenger’s expense. Please note that while all efforts are made to accommodate passengers, not all venues can cater for special dietary requirements.

Medical conditions

Passengers should advise Wannadoo Tours of any medical condition that may affect their journey however no responsibility shall be taken for such conditions by Wannadoo Tours. All Wannadoo Tours staff hold a valid senior first aid certificate and will provide assistance within the scope of their training where necessary.

Price changes

Please be aware that the prices advertised for each tour are subject to change due to increases passed on by the supplier. This is outside of our control. Wannadoo Tours will do our best to keep prices as advertised. Passengers are reminded that this is a condition of travel.

Photography

Please note that Wannadoo Tours staff may take photographs during day and extended tours which can be used in promotional publications, on the website or in future brochures. If you do not wish for any pictures of yourself to be published, please make a request in writing to Wannadoo Tours (by mail – PO Box 876 Mandurah WA 6210 or email – wannadoo@westnet.com.au).

Vaccination Policy

In accordance with Wannadoo Tour's duty to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known hazards, we are adopting this policy to safeguard the health of our customers and visitors, our employees, and the community at large from infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, that may be reduced by vaccinations.

All customers, employees and visitors are required to be or have received vaccinations by 1st February 2022, unless a reasonable accommodation is otherwise approved by any relevant authority or the company. Where a person is not in compliance with this policy, the person will not be granted entry to the premises, event, or service. In such circumstances:

 • for customers, the company’s refund and/or credit policy may apply.

• for employees, they will be placed on unpaid leave until their employment status is determined

Booking Terms & Conditions

The company will not accept a booking for any person that is not fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or does not commit to such requirement. Where a person makes a booking and is then unable to meet the requirement, the customer shall be barred from the premises, event or service and the company’s cancellation policy shall apply.

By making a booking you are accepting Wannadoo Tours vaccination terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the operator's premises, event or service. Where the customer does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement:

(a) prior to departure from the customer’s home location, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid; or

(b) for entry to the event or venue or access to the service, the customer will not be granted entry and will forfeit any and all monies paid.

Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.
